Honestly, a great job

Pros

Great at incentivizing staff, which is leading to higher staff retention. Feels like a job that I can comfortably grew with.

Cons

Like everywhere I do think wages could be better, but I do acknowledge Canalta is better than most for this.

Pros

Very supportive environment, lots of training and support when needed. I have worked with a few ownership groups and Canalta is far superior. They are working at getting better all the time.

Cons

Working at improving their processes so GM's can spend more time with their teams and the guests.
