Pros
- Great leadership. CEO is very approachable. - Coworkers are great to work with; everybody is hard working and gets their job done. A lot of dependency between workers is required so this helps a lot. - Work is challenging and interesting. Get to go on trade shows and experience more than just the software development. - Leadership enabled me to lead a team and get management experience
Cons
- Long hours sometimes and working on the weekend but that's expected at a startup.

I loved working at Candelis. Their teamwork, their culture, and exciting technical problems that we had to solve, all contributed to advancing my career from a recent graduate to a confident software developer. My colleagues selflessly shared their knowledge and provided invaluable insight when needed them most.
