      Pros

      Friendly environment. Management that truly cares.

      Cons

      Cappex became an unintended victim of Covid. Cappex was extremely successful and ripe for the picking which led to a corporate acquisition. RIP, Cappex :(

      Pros

      Management supports and encourages a work/life balance. There is room for growth professionally and management wants to see you grow. In response to COVID, Cappex was early to send employees to work remotely and has been incredibly transparent with office reopening with employee safety at the heart of all decisions being made regarding reopening. I feel 100% supported on a daily basis in all I do -- my voice matters.

      Cons

      Cappex is made up of the core business and two spin-offs. While they admirably try to bring us all under the same umbrella, I feel like there are times that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
