      Pros

      I have been very happy with my career at Capstone. They are always quick to provide support and resources when needed, and the ability to work remotely is definitely a strong point about working here for me. The people I work with are always ready to help with any issue which, I think, creates a great environment to be successful. I highly recommend this company.

      Cons

      I can't think of any cons. When I first started, they were smaller and I wasn't always sure who I reported to at first, but they have grown considerably since I started and it has become much more organized.
