Pros
Management team that cares about Employees and like to promote from within. Competitive pay structure that rewards high performance. 401k and Health Benefits for full time employees Brand new office in Chicago with very modern open feel and new technology. Friendly and supportive co workers.
Cons
Takes a long time to earn vacation hours. Not as many paid holidays as other companies. Used car industry is very competitive and brings difficult challenges.

The job can be hard some day sbut our team really look out for each other and help the customers. I like my job and proud of working at car outlet.
Cons
sometimes long hours but we finsh the day with smile on our faces. the customers are sometimes yell but we try and help them. the company want to help them.
