Great Culture, Solid product with clear differentiators compared to competitors, Pay for Performance, Excellent health benefits.

Cons

As with any company, there are opportunities that come with growth. However, leadership recognizes this and is investing in the necessary support.

Pros

Amazing people and leadership team (now that it changed leadership) and a VERY fun industry

Cons

Grown by non SaaS experienced people (mostly people directly from dealerships or other dealership-involved companies) so they've lacked some basic SaaS processes and tenured job titles. A lot of longterm employees but most with titles that haven't held that title in any other SaaS company.

They promote from within. They truly care about your success. Training never stops, the support systems are always there, if you every have questions, or need a helping hand.

Cons

Internal communication is a little iffy at times
