- Innovative and unique technology you won't see anywhere else. - No shortage of technical challenges or problems to solve. - Fully owned by CarGurus now, and there have been many positive changes because of that. - Managers care about the growth of team members, and CarGurus has graciously supported manager's needs. - Flexible work arrangements with hybrid WFH options. - More paid holiday and PTO days since the acquisition. - 401k matching, annual bonuses.

Cons

- Health Insurance could be more affordable, and HSA deductibles are still high. Not all benefits have caught up to the new management quite yet, due to existing contracts.

CarOffer is on the leading edge of automotive wholesale trading and it's fun to be a part of that. We all work very hard and have fun doing it. CarOffer is on a great trajectory of growth with it's new CEO and owners (CarGurus). Current leadership really cares about the associates, transparency and customer retention,

Cons

Caroffer has been through some growing pains as any startup does. A few previous associates and managers were causing some disengagement, but we have the majority of that behind us now.
