Excellent compensation & benefits package. Pension plan that is unheard of nowadays. Opportunity to work on challenging/complex projects and develop relationships with industry leaders. Working at Carboline has elevated my career tremendously.

Cons

Carboline is not for the faint of heart. We hire the best and give them the support and freedom to put their skills to work. I’ve recruited friends to work here because I strongly believe in the people and products that make Carboline who we are.

Every company has its ups and downs, so I wouldn’t say Carboline has many unusual cons. They have the same issues as most companies (good leadership then not so good when new people come in, then we recover and the cycle continues).
