      Super nice flexible who having kids , lot of freedom , work with engineers ,learning opportunities, nice location with lake side , lot of snacks

      Cons

      Last management was not make the company down . They don’t care who works or not works , many people misused funds

      Opportunity to solve complex issues, and think outside the box. Open, flexible schedule and above scale compensation.

      Cons

      Inexperienced engineers, and engineering managers create lack of clear focus, and random waste. The low pressure, often casual attitude can be frustrating to seasoned employees.
