      Pros

      Cardioscan is a really solid place to work in Aus. People are easy to get along with and happy to interact and help each other out. Leadership team keep an open door vibe, so it’s easy to have a chat when you need to. The offices are nice- bright with lots of natural light! It’s a growing business with plenty of opportunity if you’re keen to step up or get involved in a project etc. You just need to ask.

      Cons

      Free parking around the office can be limited in Camberwell but office is really close to trains and trams.

      Pros

      Good location. Exposure to complex and meaningful work. Opportunities to work on a variety of projects and technologies. Supportive colleagues and collaborative culture. Opportunities to contribute broadly, strong ownership culture and ability to make impact.

      Cons

      Parking. Rapid growth can sometimes create changing priorities. Some internal processes are still maturing. Documentation could be Improved.

      Pros

      Work with great people and really is a great culture. HR talked about it in the interview, and it is true! Leadership are open and supportive. Good benefits and support of staff through EAP, training & dev, benefits and salary. Always snacks and free lunches. Big on diversity and inclusion.

      Cons

      Can be very fast paced but that comes with a growth organisation.
