      Pros

      Drama-free work environment consisting of forward thinking people who are constantly pushing the envelope as it pertains to industrial automation. Clean office space set up for group problem solving, technical lab work, as well as independent work. Great company Owner / CEO who always acknowledges hard work and dedication with a clear and transparent vision on the change and growth of the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Currently a little heavy on management, but hopeful the ratio will lighten as the company continues to grow.

      - Best group of people I have ever worked with - Lots of opportunity for growth - Fast-paced and exciting projects - Generous profit sharing - Positive and innovative culture - Innovative and progressive R&D program - Frequent social events and tournaments

      Cons

      Project driven. As you get closer to project deadlines, it gets very busy - and there are frequent project deadlines. Good for profit sharing, but definitely may not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to make an impact from day one. High tech environment, lots of R and D programs (think Dragons Den) Company is growing, Very social, lots of engaging activities (ski trip, games tournaments, charity events, bbqs etc).

      Cons

      Project work deadlines are not for everyone. Sometimes long hours.
