      Pros

      Great pay, flexible schedule, and change from day to day. Always off Mondays and Tuesdays.

      Sales are hard due to big competitors such as Ulta and Sephora

      Pros

      I love working for Cargo. I work my own hours when I can. I gain a lot of experience and knowledge. You end up meeting a lot of new people in the same industry, do it gives you the ability to network as well.

      Cons

      We went through a couple payroll issues, that no one was happy about but, it is fixed now. Making the sales goals can be hard at times. There's no discounts or gratis.

      I never received proper training, the management and communication was horrible. High expectations for sales when they are in KOHLS.
