Pros
1) Great people to work with that enjoy what they are doing and take pride in their work 2) Collaboration is encouraged; no one is afraid to ask for help or for a double-check 3) You can come into the office if you want, or not. Boston Blizzards taught the company how to work fully remotely early on.
Cons
It is not good for the company to take too long to get rid of bad employees.

Pros
There is a casual working environment where people play ping-pong inside the office beside your desk, and managers frequently laugh while playing ping-pong. Therefore, you may feel the friendly atmosphere in the office.
Cons
The leadership doesn't have the required AI/ML/DL knowledge to guide the employee and scale the business goal. Therefore, if you have AI/ML/DL skill sets, please don't join the company because your skill won't be able to apply; if you wanted to learn and get hands-on experience with AI/ML/DL technology, please don't join the company because no one can work with you on top of these topics.
