This company has very comparable pay rate to other companies in the area. They have a lot of opportunity for hours. You feel like you’re making a great impact on the people who have special needs.

There aren’t any cons unless your are the type of person who doesn’t like to go to work and earn your honest wages.
The owners and admin team are great, they treat you fairly and like family. They work with your personal needs like school, kids and appts. It's a small close knit company, and I really like the communication system in place for your schedule and emails.
Cons
Sometimes you get switched off of a client that you really didn't want to get switched off of. Not many cons that I can think of
