      Pros

      -Family-feel culture, everyone is super nice and very helpful to each other -CEO is amazing. Is always looking for the next best way to ensure the safety of others worldwide in dangerous industries. Very approachable and an amazing conversationalist. -Sunrises from the rooftop -Working to help innovate and promote safety in the oil/gas industry is an amazing feeling -Company is in a great position for tremendous growth

      Cons

      I'd be hard pressed to find anything egregiously wrong here. I had an amazing time working there and left for unrelated reasons.

      Pros

      Cartasite's Engineering and Operations departments share a floor in the building and have a fully open floor plan, no offices, which keeps collaboration channels open at all levels. We jump into breakout rooms to whiteboard solutions or just huddle up in our working space. Retrospectives are embraced and processes and culture evolve as people make suggestions.

      Cons

      No telecommuting allowed at this time except snow days.

      Pros

      The people at Cartasite have created a great culture and working environment. Good location near downtown, with regular office events to make it a trendy place to work for. Lots of potential in place for the company to grow in the near future, and a great dev team in place to take it there.

      Cons

      Better bathrooms are needed. They're small and old.
