The people are fantastic. They help and don't hold back information to help you succeed. Your success is theirs. The business opportunity is huge, The product changes the world.
Cons
They are a late-stage startup, so they don't have all the bells and whistles of other more established companies.

Pros
Work-life balance is great, the team is great, and leadership is great. Really does feel like a family.
Cons
Smaller company, so sometimes the opportunity for growth is less. Sometimes the "parties" do feel like family parties (ie potlucks, etc). But overall, still worth it.
