Pros
Case-Mate was a great stepping stone in my career. Phone Case sales is a fast paced environment and a highly competitive market. Because the market is ever changing, the work environment can some times be stressful, but this place taught me how to effectively manage my stress and time. While the reviews can sometimes be negative, they don’t always paint the whole picture. When I was working there, I went through some tough times and the co workers I had took care of me and let me have the time I needed to get better. I genuinely loved the hire-up that I worked for. She taught me everything I needed to know about sales and I wish nothing best for her and the team. The hire ups are passionate about this company because most of them have been there since the beginning. They have been working themselves to the bone to make the company as successful as it is today. While I could agree that sometimes their passion for the business can come off as hard, they do care for their employees and strive to take care of them. I know of several past and current employees that have had struggles in their personal lives that the exec helped them with, not for the recognition, but because they cared. It is sad to see past employees come on here and drag the team, because while every day might not have been perfect, I wouldn’t trade my experience for the world.
