Great for an IT Pro

Pros

Enjoyable working environment, I have made a lot of friends. Great for IT professionals, who are willing to learn and work hard. I have been able to develop a lot of skills that was just not possible in previous IT companies. The work can be challenging and there is pressure, but for me that is a benefit, we are always learning. Talent doesn't go unrecognized by management. Training is encouraged and supported financially. The staff work hard and now and gain play hard. Everyone looks out for each other. We are also constantly winning new contracts which is very reassuring. The potential of the company is exciting.

Cons

There has always been high staff turnover, but the company is young, so it is to be expected. This is also normal within IT.

Pros

During my time with Cased Dimensions I have witnessed multiple employees progress and get promoted. For the stars that shine do not get unrecognised. We work hard, we play hard and we exceed our goals

Cons

Like every work place there will be challenging times when the good days are easily brushed over and forgotten. You have to take a step back and look at the bigger picture, you're end goal. Remember that you have a job to do and do it to your best ability.
