      - Genuinely good human beings who care about each other and want to see each other succeed. - Everyone in leadership is really open to feedback and constantly trying to learn - The brands and products are super fun to work on and they're built from a place of truly just trying to make a fun and exciting experience for our customers - Really active and engaged remote work community, lots of non-work related channels on Slack that make me laugh

      - The business ebbs and flows based on the state of the economy, the weather, and other various uncontrollable factors, so it's sometimes hard to predict growth accurately
