Great mission with a challenging yet support work environment.

When I reflect on my time at Catholic Extension, I feel a great sense of pride. Proud of what the organization is accomplishing currently and has accomplished for over 100 years in the U.S. I also am proud of my own professional growth while at the organization for 10 years. The organization is an anomaly in the faith-based non-profit space. This is not a "churchy" work environment. It's fast-paced and goal-oriented. Leadership and staff are highly intelligent and work diligently every day to forward their mission. While not every day is perfect (we are still human), they find time to appreciate one another and to help one another do their best work. Their values of trust, creativity, excellence, and accountability are woven into everything from interacting with coworkers, building relationships with donors, and listening to and finding solutions to benefit those in their mission dioceses.
