Pros

1. Work from home/hybrid work option 2. Flexible work hours 3. No micro-management 4. So many recreational benefits 5. Colleagues are extremely supportive and passionate, zero office politics

Cons

1. Salaries aren't exponential but not sub-par either 2. Career growth opportunities are limited within the organisation (but existing team makes you so comfortable you never want to move) 3. Not very ideal for people who thrive on competition

- Dealing with international clients and creating campaigns to raise money for various causes - Learning word press and various platforms for various campaigns - Handling tasks such as fixing gateways, exporting donations, and addressing receipt issues indicates a commitment to technical support, ensuring smooth operation of the fundraising platform. - Keeping up with trends to imply on campaigns to raise more awareness to bring in more donations

Cons

- CauseMatch is a small team and we had to switch databases on immediate notice from clients where we had to learn things from scratch and execute immediately which was tough but a great learning process
