      Great team lacking in good management

      Pros

      Most of the people there are very creative and focused on delivering exceptional projects.

      Cons

      As a federal owned company, it is susceptible to change in directory board every 4 years (politicians) and that is very bad for the management of the company and projects overall. Also, for being federal owned, it is tied to a lot of laws and rules that makes business not agile at all.
