      Great teamwork, the CEO is the best and you'll feel satisfied working in this company. Every year they evaluate how you accomplish the team goals and you'll get a 3-5% increase in your salary and also, and you'll get three bonuses per year.

      Cons

      It depends on your manager and the salary you get and HR, always going to negotiate to offer less but, make your numbers and be smart in your negotiation.
