Centerboard truly embodies its mission from the top down. From the C-suite to all of the direct staff, the commitment to the city of Lynn and people in need of support is always at the forefront. The creativity the agency has demonstrated over the years has innovated the way non-profit organizations can immerse themselves in the communities they serve. Management genuinely cares for the staff members involved in the organization, which is something unprecedented across many industries.
