      Pros

      The company is changing for the better under new leadership. Exceptionally strong team is now in place driving growth for the business. As an employee it’s busy but the work and recognition so far has been meaningful. You can feel the company is changing its reputation.

      Cons

      None at this time. Will be interesting to see how management deals with a growing team.

      Wonderful group of people

      Pros

      The people keep me there.....the C Suite leadership is kind, inclusive and open-minded and are approachable. The culture is one of acceptance and specifically at Corporate office, it is easy to go into work. The company remains flexible with work/life balance which is much appreciated. Compensation is competitive but the group of people I work with make it worthwhile to be here...rewarding and challenging work at all times.

      Cons

      Recently, the company has had some challenges and we have had to work hard as a team to come out of those times...we are in a great spot now and we have all learnt so much from it and have gained experience that is invaluable. Hoping for better times.

      Hotel Standard Camp and 4 hours commute from PG (Mount Milligan Mine)

      The camp is a hotel standard and the best in the region; Good food. (Mount Milligan Mine)

      Cons

      High turnover among technical staff is notable at Mount Milligan Mine. The Mount Milligan Mine is a four-hour bus ride away from Prince George. Flights to Prince George are infrequent, primarily in the morning, while the bus departs at 2 pm.
