      Usually alot of Work hours Good pay New equipment

      Cons

      They rarely buy new special tools needed for each job so setups become tediois and times wasting looking for endmils etc.

      Pros

      The top management from 2010-2015 was the best team I have ever worked for. They sincerely cared about everyone in the organization and knew how to get the best out of their people.

      The owner does not reinvest profits and new management doesn't know what they are doing.
