Great job security! Long term employees. Working with them is just as working with family as you see your co-workers as much as family. Can be a very fun atmosphere when everyone comes together as a team! It is nice at the end of the day when you can say your job is very important and positively directly impacts the lives of so many people. How many people can say they have literally saved someone's life and or property, and maybe even more than once in a single day? Having a job that is truly significant is the best feeling you can have!!
Cons
As a small family business, there is much less room for advancement in "position" than in a large corporation.
