After 20+ years working in the corporate world, I finally found a company where employees truly work together in a positive and supportive environment, and management takes responsibility to ensure that the company succeeds. From my 1st day at Centrix, everyone I met was eager to help me be successful. The most refreshing thing is that everyone is willing to do their part to make this company successful. There have been some big challenges since I joined this company, but the teamwork to overcome them is outstanding. Benefits are better than I expected for a small company. I never thought I'd give a company I work for 5 stars, but 4 stars is too low.

Centrix is a growing company and really focuses on culture as its main factor for employee happiness. Centrix works hard to provide work/life balance, and strives for employees to leave happy for the day, not an easy quality to find in a manufacturing business. A super friendly group with a door always open atmosphere.
