      Pros

      Centromotion is very good company to work for. The teamwork is excellent, and the benefits are very good. The businesses run pretty autonomously. It's nice to work for a smaller business under the larger corporate umbrella.

      Cons

      Processes could be improved for more clarity. This is in the works.
