- Culture: People feel recognized and rewarded for the great work done every day. - The People: Seriously talented people who really know what they’re doing. Many opportunities for high performers to make a big, direct impact. - Values: Team members who care deeply about doing right by our customers. - Management: Growing the company deliberately and sustainably. They often ask the employees for their input when making big decisions that affect everyone.
Cons
Not necessarily a "con" but Cerberus is a small company that is growing quickly and as such is still establishing itself in some areas like its culture and hiring processes. Some may find that kind of environment challenging while others are excited at the opportunities a growing company affords.

This is a great small company focused on doing the right things in the right way. Strong business model with huge growth potential. The CEO and management team are thoughtful, strategic and focused on smart growth. Cerberus has a value driven culture and a very engaged team that loves to come to work every day. The company has sustained that culture and engagement throughout the pandemic and has developed a strong virtual company presence.
Cons
Not really a con to me, but this is not the place to work if you want to phone it in - everyone on the team is really engaged and cares about the company.
