From the day I joined and till this day, my excitement level has been on a good spin as promised by the employer. CNS has been a wonderful company to work with. People here treat you like a person and not just as an employee. The management approach towards making your everyday rejuvenating is very streamlined. Once you join, within no time you'll realize that you made a good decision (at least I feel so) and you'll meet amazing people, new ideas and creative minds are available in abundance here. And most important you are never let down from sharing your ideas or your thoughts about anything. Also, one of the founder’s dog is named ‘LSD' but he hasn’t told which paper though?

To start off with I decided to write this review after seeing a couple of bad reviews on this platform by my ex colleagues. I cannot comment on their concern regarding salary delay but I can tell you from my current experience that I recieve my salary on time and infact for the month of April when half the office was struck by Covid , the management gave paid leaves to all the affected staff even to me even though I had exhausted my leave bucket before the pandemic. They were very supportive of us in that time by giving us leaves even after we recovered so that we can rest . Also they implemented cash bonuses system during this work from home which was something I wanted to happen for quite some time which the management took note of and implemented the same at a time when other advertising firms where my friends work at reduced their pay citing covid cuts The few bad reviews that you see are of the staff that got terminated for some reasons which I was aware of like Work ethics, Client escalations , dumping work on their juniors etc , and one case of fraud as I mentioned the management is strict when it comes to such reasons Other than that I like the work that is coming in. My learning on quite a few things have improved dramatically due to the guidance I got from Drishti and Divyansh who handles the delivery team and are the co founders also.
