      None that I can think of, was one of my best working experiences that taught me a lot and I would have loved to continued but I had other opportunities to pursue

      Ability to work from the comfort of my home, and my concerns get answered. Recently revamped lesson notes which makes teaching easier and students learn better as well

      Champ Code Team makes sure to guide me when I need help with the curriculum and responds quite quickly Gets feedbacks from tutors to ensure both tutors and students are having a productive learning environment

      Cons

      Monthly quizzes for tutors which I guess its fine as well as they want tutors to be on the same page and ensure a proper feedback system
