-There is a lot to learn -Traveling all over the country can be fun at times -Management in the calibration department is great -Coworkers make work an enjoyable environment

-There is a lot of traveling, this can be hard with a family -The pay could be better

Great coworkers, interesting projects, and lots of potential to wear different hats and learn outside of the job description. Family company, and a place that actually feels worth showing up to.
Cons
Below market value pay; lack of flexibility with work schedule.
