Pros

People here are always very eager to help and also very kind. It is an excellent place to work and grow your skills. Management is transparent and the communication is great.

Cons

Things might be a little slow at times, but CI is more focused on getting things right instead of getting things done fast.

Wonderful team. Great company culture. Everyone works hard and feels responsibility for their work, so there's no micro managing. Exciting growth for the company up ahead, so lots of opportunity for cool projects.

Cons

Need better communication across teams, but they are taking active steps in improving this.
