A family-owned company which has visionary plans for it's business, and people, operating at all levels with integrity. Being involved in a business with positive aspirations and concrete growth plans is an exciting placed to be.
Cons
More car parking for staff is required, and an aesthetically pleasing outside lunch and break away area would be nice.
