This is a fantastic team to work with. Incredibly sharp individuals, passionate customers, and successfully changing the approach to enterprise contact center software.
Cons
Resources - trying to disrupt some large players without the same resources as those big players in the market. You have to trade-off on decisions at times and be careful about where you choose to invest your time.
