Pros

- Really fantastic team all round but the quality of Engineers at the team is very high and everyone is a pleasure to work with - Ideas and opinions are welcome, you can make your mark here if you want to - Very healthy culture, look after each-other, strong work life balance, flexible working arrangements (home or office or work from anywhere allowances), lots of trust and freedom

Cons

Engineering team is not growing at a rate that progression/promotion is available. It is also very flat with little leadership positions (can also be a pro depending on what you want).

As further opportunities to improve, you've mentioned a feeling of pressure in the Business Development team, which may be influenced by working with company KPIs, that are on an organizational level needed to evaluate our overall performance and help us on our way to grow our business. We have implemented a competency model linked to a systematic appraisal interview process to ensure continuous feedback and to derive development activities for employees from this. Recently, we have additionally introduced peer feedback as part of the appraisal interview and are currently exploring different options for career lattices.
