I was placed within a week of starting marketing. I had other interviews, but Chelsoft Solutions Co. beat everyone else in closing the deal. Their client network is strong which is really helpful. Onboarding and getting started was easy and well laid out process.

My salary always gets paid on time and never missed a beat in many years, always keeps the numbers transparent, approachable management and they operate it with integrity, less or no bench time. I was stuck at a consulate outside the country and with minutes of a phone call, i received all paperwork and the owner was checking with me constantly on my status and they went above and beyond to help me.
