      Worst place to work.

      Pros

      The commission was the only pro and some of the nice coworkers.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism in the dealership as a whole. So many turnovers, unbelievable. People quitting, getting let go constantly. Horrible medical benefits, no 401K. Also salary workers, working like 50 hours a week, new law will change that though :)

      Pros

      Nice facility and very nice staff that works diligently due to their passion for the industry.Tireless efforts given by all.

      Cons

      Staff is completely disrespected by management. The attitude is that you can be replaced in the blink of an eye. Employees give their all and no recognition by management and they play on emotions of those that want to get into the industry so the pay scale is pathetically low. One could flip burgers for more money than an entry level position at Chester's!
