Pros

Cons

1. **Leadership and Management**: The leadership team at Chevalier often made decisions without consulting or informing employees, leading to a lack of transparency and trust. Many employees felt undervalued and ignored. Additionally, management frequently lied about company policies and changes, creating a culture of deceit. 2. **Unprofessional Behavior**: Management was often unprofessional, laughing behind employees' backs and treating them with little respect. This behavior fostered a toxic work environment where employees felt more like pets than valued team members. 3. **Unfair Firing Practices**: Employees were often fired unfairly under the pretext of underperformance. However, it was evident that hard workers who didn’t get along with management were targeted, while underperforming employees who got along well with management were rewarded. It seemed that those who stayed were the ones who could be easily manipulated and who laughed along with management. 4. **Lack of Professional Development**: There were few opportunities for professional growth or advancement. The company did not prioritize employee development or training, leaving many feeling stagnant in their roles. 5. **Poor Work-Life Balance**: The company had unrealistic expectations regarding work hours, often requiring employees to work long hours and (occasionally weekends) without adequate compensation or acknowledgment. This led to burnout and high turnover. 6. **Unclear Company Vision**: Chevalier lacked a clear and consistent vision. The company's goals and objectives were frequently changing, creating confusion and instability within the workforce. 7. **Inadequate Compensation and Benefits**: The compensation packages were not competitive with industry standards, and the benefits offered were minimal. Many employees felt that their hard work was not adequately rewarded. 8. **Negative Work Culture**: The work environment was often toxic, with little emphasis on collaboration and teamwork. Management did not appreciate being corrected, even when they were wrong and the employee was right. This attitude significantly affected morale and productivity.

This review appears to have been written by a company that offers services to remove negative reviews. We have never contacted or worked with this company. The review is distinctly American in its language, using terms like "prioritiZe" and "specialiZe." Additionally, it contains false information, claiming that we require work on weekends or bank holidays, which is not true. Such companies have become popular for removing bad reviews and adding false 5-star reviews. However, we believe in maintaining honesty and transparency. We value and appreciate every genuine opinion.
