Chief Architect is a genuinely great company to work for. They strive to always do the best they can for their employees. The company offers 401K , profit sharing, paid medical, bonuses, and more. The products they engineer are top quality which makes it easy to stand behind as en employee. Coeur D'Alene is beautiful place to live with access to the lake, mountains and big city amenities with being close to Spokane.
Cons
The only downside is I was unable to stay in Coeur D'Alene to continue to work for this company.
