      Pros

      Schedule is quite flexible as long as you put in enough hours per day. CEO does not micromanage but offers support when needed. Co-workers all get along well. Company is developing so there are lots of opportunity for personal growth if you take the initiative.

      Cons

      Job pays well but does not offer much perks besides the standard medical/dental/vision insurance. Office space is small and a bit outdated.
