RS is a calm and fun department to work in. Decent pay and benefit package/Cost of Living raise almost annually Training opportunities

Cons

Promotions and career advancement tend to be slow, do not expect it to be like your average SF social service agencies.

Clear communication, mutual kindness and respect, totally treated me like a human being, which most ALPOC (or trans non-women) in social work or East Bay and SF can't say.

Cons

No fault of their own, pressured by corrupt city entities to kowtow to vitrolically hateful non-ALPOC employees and TERFs.
