      Pros

      Pay, benefits, work from home, people. All great. No micromanagement or toxic environments. You can bring your problems up and they will help you resolve them. Traveling is a bonus if you accept those projects. It’s very team oriented, asking questions is encouraged.

      Cons

      Sometimes you’re working over your 40hrs a week, but I enjoy what I do.

      Cons

      When a company provides great services with practical and efficient solutions, you typically have more work than you can handle. Not necessarily a "Con" but all I could think of.

      Engaged team, extremely engaged CEO and management. Freedom to fully control projects under your scope without interference and micromanagement

      Cons

      The only con is that there are so many fun projects that you don't have the chance to work on them all.
