      Senior Management is approachable. One can maintain a balance between work and other aspects of life. Friendly environment. Everyone has opportunity to learn and advance.

      Very attentive to its employees and its customers - guided by values. Work/life balance is a priority for the company. Management is attentive to the needs of the business. Clear objectives for the future. Colleagues work collaboratively.

      Cons

      As with any fast growing business, there are growing pains, but the management team is aware and working on it.
