This is a great company for self starters, who want to learn, grow and contribute to an intelligent, enthusiastic and motivated team. The culture is friendly, open, supportive and geared towards collaboration and growth.
Cons
Being a fast paced start up, may not be the right place for risk averse people who are more comfortable with established structure and slower change process.

- Small team gives you constant access to top level management and mentorship - Founding team is highly intelligent, experienced, and willing to teach - Fast growth exposes you to high levels of responsibility - Early stage allows you to see and interact with all facets of the business - Early stage provides for opportunities to grow within the company - Culture is VERY friendly and relaxed, but everybody works hard - There are many subjects to learn: healthcare, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, customer service
Cons
- Early stage means unclear future - Fast pace and constant iterations can be con for people who need a lot of structure
