The company practices great transparency, which I really appreciate — it’s reassuring to know where the company stands in terms of finances, employment, and the overall operations happening behind the scenes. Flexibility is also a huge plus; being able to balance both work and life without having to choose one over the other is such a relief. Incentives and the overall care for employee welfare are also commendable, and it’s clear that the company genuinely values its people.

Cons

On the other hand, it’s quite a niche marketing agency with a strong focus on email marketing, so there might be a bit of a learning curve for those coming from different fields. For graphic designers, the team is currently transitioning to Figma, so being familiar with the tool would definitely help with the adjustment.
