Pros

The type of job that makes you want to stay forever. I am super grateful for this opportunity. Experienced folks have a negative outlook on recent changes in the company. However, being new, I have not experienced any negative experiences so far and don't quite understand it. Very satisfied with this job overall. -Top tier WLB overall (can vary depending on time of year and territory) -Amazing boss. Helps facilitate growth. Best you could ask for. -Amazing co-workers. Absolutely top tier. Every single one of them are very nice people to work with. They go out of their way to help you if you just put out the effort to reach out to them. -company car and remote -Amazing small benefits -0 micromanagement.

Cons

-Health insurance could be better -general guidelines on processes and procedures. Sometimes arent clear enough or outdated information. -A LOT of confusion and miscommunication. can be a headache at times to sort it out. -outdated systems/buggy software -Had rep training as an AM. Only a small percentage is converted to my duties in the role.
