      Pros

      Working at Ciena is very satisfying as the management does care a lot about the employees and does support you in every manner to get you succeed in your job. You are rewarded as well if you get a good feedback from your customers. Work Life Balance is excellent, as you get lots of time for your family and at the same time you can do your work at your own pace. There is no micromanagement.

      Salaries are bit low as compared to the competitors in the market
