Some of the students are awful. This is less an issue with Cignition as it is with the US education system in general but many schools are in utter chaos and disarray especially after the pandemic. Students can be astoundingly rude and dismissive and do not always respect online tutors. Of course they are not all like this but definitely expect at least some terrible students.
